What this covers

This policy covers the EBONIBAND website (eboniband.pages.dev), its booking form, client invoices and receipts, the band members' portal, and the EBONIBAND Media Agent — our own software that uploads our performance videos to the EBONIBAND YouTube channel.

Information we collect

• Booking requests: the name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, event details and message you enter in the booking form.
• Invoices and receipts: the client name, contact details, event details and payment records needed to bill and receipt you.
• Band portal: band members' names, song lists and messages.

We use this only to respond to your booking, perform at your event, and keep our business records. We do not sell or share it with third parties, except as needed to deliver our service (for example, sending your invoice to you on WhatsApp).

YouTube and Google data

The EBONIBAND Media Agent uses YouTube API Services, with permission granted by the EBONIBAND channel owner, only to upload our own performance videos with their titles and descriptions to the EBONIBAND channel and to read that channel's basic details. It does not access any other user's Google or YouTube data. The sign-in token is stored only on our own editing computer and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Videos on this website are played with the embedded YouTube player. By watching them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Storage and security

Website data is stored on Cloudflare. Access to bookings, invoices and finances is restricted to EBONIBAND management.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
